This task will be undertaken in collaboration with your organisation’s staff. We will develop a comprehensive blueprint/framework that encompasses an understanding of your organisational vision and mission, its function and job roles which will lay the groundwork for subsequent competency standards development.
We will develop your competency standards for each job position within the organisation after we have developed the Competency Blueprint/Framework of the organisation. These standards specify the performance criteria which include the knowledge, practical skills and attitudes required for each position and serve as a benchmark for staff’s/employee’s performance.
We will develop customised training modules that equip employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes to meet the competency standards of their respective job positions.
