We kickstart our collaboration with your organisation by conducting a complimentary, comprehensive competency analysis of your organisation. This initial evaluation is, however, reserved for earnest or serious clients and certain conditions must be agreed upon in advance. A critical stipulation is the involvement and sustained support from your CEO or Managing Director throughout the process. Depending on your organisation’s size and functions, this analytical exercise could span between 2 to 7 days, thereby ensuring an aptly tailored competence system.
